Cancellation Policy
**Deposits go towards total**

I do not work over other nail techs so please come with bare nails or book a soak off with your new set
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment on top of the $25 deposit.
I have a 15 minute leeway window for late clients. After 15 minutes a $10 late fee will be charged. After 20 minutes the client will need to reschedule their appointment.
Deposits cannot be used to reschedule appointments for those who were late or didn’t cancel in time.
Deposit will be refunded for those who cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Please give me 48 hours to refund deposit.
